Im Herbst 2025 will sich die Band sich mit dem neuen Album noch einmal auf Welttournee begeben. Zwei weitere Alben der Band kündigte Robert Smith schon an. In vier Jahren will die Band ihr 50-jähriges Bestehen seit der ersten Veröffentlichung feiern. Ein Jahr später wird er 70 Jahre alt. Danach soll Schluss sein mit The Cure….
